Experience

I have worked 11 years at Air Liquide Gas AB, the Swedish subsidiary of the French Air Liquide Group. During this period I worked with sales to the Swedish Food Industry, managing several key accounts and participated in international work groups. My French is dormant but can be refreshed.

 

After AL I joined Ericsson Mobile that became Sony Ericsson.
Here I worked within Customer Services as Area Manager being responsible to support and manage a number of markets in EMEA.
At the implementation of SAP R/3 I lead a group that analysed and improved the processes within CS and secured the implementation of key processes in the new system. When Ericsson/Sony Ericsson outsourced the management of the service network I participated in a group of three that met potential suppliers, analysed quotations, negotiated and closed the deals.
During 4 years I worked and lived in München and part of that time I was responsible for Customer Services for Vodafone and T-Mobile.
Finally I managed and successfully implemented a project to create a sales function in Customer Services on a global level.
